Our goal for our client’s and prospective clients is to make sure they feel confident in the decisions they make. Being your financial advisor is a task not taken lightly nor are our clients. To help you make the best decision, we take the time to review where you are, where you see yourself ahead and how you can get there, in plain English.
There is no charge for this process—we want you to see exactly how we can serve you and improve upon the plan that you already have in place before you commit to working with us. We don’t want you to feel pressured and we want to make sure the questions you have get answered. This also allows us to ensure you are a good fit for our firm as well.
Because our clients come from all over, we offer numerous ways to meet and talk. We are able to meet via phone, web meeting or in person.
Your time is valuable and we know it. We will have a brief conversation to provide us both the opportunity to understand what you would like to accomplish and if it fits our experience and your objectives. This discussion usually takes 15-30 minutes to complete.
We know that no two people are the same and in this meeting our goal is to understand you. We will discuss your financial goals, concerns and where you currently stand in relation to them. This will also provide you the opportunity to ask questions and understand how we work to make sure we are a good fit for each other without any commitment.
Our discussion will help us properly analyze your situation and include talking about: current savings, retirement needs, past experiences and more. This will allow us to prepare a plan that provides you a clear understanding, in easy to understand terms, of where you currently stand, what steps you can take and why.
With the information we have gathered from our initial meeting, we will analyze your current situation in relation to your goals. With our years of experience and training, we will apply our knowledge to help craft a solution specific to your situation.
We utilize industry leading tools and applications to assess and develop your situation to ensure your plan is built with confidence and in your best interest.
We will have a detailed conversation to re-cap what we discussed in our initial meeting and review the results of our analysis. During this conversation, we will provide a clear explanation of our recommendations based on where you are and how we can help get you to where you want to be. After this conversation, we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm and ask that you consider the following:
Although we are confident in our process and experience, the most important thing is that you are. After you take the time to consider these questions, you should have a good feeling of what the best decision for you is. We will continue to have regular conversations throughout our relationship to help keep on track. During these discussions, we will review your progress, any changes to your situation or any changes due to circumstances like market conditions that can impact our decisions.
Outside of our regular reviews, you can expect us to be available when you need us. We are committed to making sure we answer any question you have when you have them. We will be available by phone, email or appointment and you can expect to hear back from us usually the same day or within 24 hours.
